All rentals include basic sound equipment - sound board, wired microphone, PA or monitor speaker(s), we also offer advanced sound with wireless microphones (hand held or lav) for $60 per unit per rental.
Studio Room1 also includes disco ball, pin spots, and black lights. Additional performance items such as motorized curtain track, curtains, etc - can be added to this room for an additional cost, contact us for more details.

Discount Opportunities for Advanced Payment
•10-20 hours pre-paid: 10% Discount

- 30% payment (non-refundable) required to book rental.
- Total payment for rental term required prior to first use.
- Payments made by CC through Paypal or in office.
Rental payments are not refundable, but in case the event is canceled after payment, the payment received may be applied as a credit to a later booking, up to 60 days from the original event date. We require at least one week advanced notice of the cancelation in order to issue a credit for use at a later date.
Studio Use Policies
- Please note that alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the studio.
- A $250.00 refundable cleaning/repair deposit may be required. Deposit will be refunded upon inspection that studio is without damage or major cleaning.
- Renter must provide a copy of liability insurance, with a minimum of $1 million of general liability, where Studio Sharise is named as an additional insured.
