PBT is for any dancer wanting to progress to be their ultimate best!  The Progressing Ballet Technique  is a revolutionary program that enhances dance training! Through the use of therabands, stability, and Pilate balls, student gain muscular strength, endurance, and muscle memory needed to dance safely, with awareness, and with excellence!

PBT training is part of our Dance Elite intensive dance program and training may begin at age 6..
