PPT utilizes the best conditioning techniques to enhance your dance training! Through the use of resistance bands, stability, and fusion balls, students gain muscular strength, endurance, and muscle memory needed to dance safely, with awareness, and with excellence!
PPT is taught under the direction of Miss Sharise who holds three certifications as a fitness trainer, along with a Level 2 certification in the Progressing Ballet Technique.
PPT training may begin at age 7.
